SovAI, Inc. (“SovAI”), The AI Factory Architect, today announced that it has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program that nurtures startups revolutionizing industries with technology advancements. SovAI designs, builds and operates sovereign, behind-the-meter AI Factories — campuses built on Sovereign Fuel, Sovereign Power and Sovereign Compute — to NVIDIA’s published DSX reference architecture, and orchestrates them with Scotty, its operating engineer for AI Factories.
SovAI applies the DSX reference architecture at three levels of each campus. The site is designed to the DSX MaxLPS framework for land, power and shell. The compute block is prepared to receive NVIDIA DSX PODs, the factory-built AI Factory units NVIDIA announced in October, so that a prepared SovAI site can take delivery of compute in weeks rather than years. And the plant is run by Scotty, which dispatches the campus’s power and operates it as an integrated plant. Scotty’s first release debuts at SC26; enhancements planned for 2027 extend it to the design and construction of each campus and to the operation of a fleet of them.
Through NVIDIA Inception, SovAI gains access to NVIDIA technical resources and training and to the program’s network of investors and ecosystem partners as it builds Scotty’s first release and its first campuses.
SovAI has two campus sites in active development, each already connected to the grid, with first phases of 20 MW to 100 MW in development, and a pipeline of further sites behind them. Engineering, procurement and construction partners are in place for both power and compute.
“NVIDIA published the architecture of the AI Factory. We build the ground under it,” said Joe Doyle, Co-Founder & CEO of SovAI. “Inception puts us inside the ecosystem that is defining how AI Factories are designed, powered and run. Our campuses are designed to the DSX reference architecture from the first drawing, so the site, the power and the operating software are ready when the compute arrives.”
SovAI will make its public industry debut at SC26 in Chicago, November 15–20, where Scotty is demonstrated live in the SHI International booth theater.
