Search Atlas Ties SEO Work to Sites, Not Billing Cycles

DeepFreeze and Platform Updates Make SEO Results Permanent and Portable

New York, United States – April 3, 2026 / Search Atlas /

NEW YORK, NY – Search Atlas, the AI-powered digital marketing platform designed for agencies and growth-focused teams, has announced a set of major updates to its OTTO SEO automation tool. The updates include OTTO DeepFreeze, WordPress Plugin 2.5.0, and native CMS Connectors, each targeting challenges that marketers have repeatedly raised around AI SEO tooling: the persistence of optimizations after a subscription ends, the reliability of platform integrations across complex site setups, and the consistency of changes applied across various content management system environments.

“As AI-powered marketing automation matures as a category, marketers and agencies deserve platforms that meet a high standard of reliability and transparency,” said Manick Bhan, Founder and CTO of Search Atlas.

OTTO DeepFreeze Feature

OTTO’s newly implemented DeepFreeze feature allows SEO optimizations to remain active on a website even after a subscription has been canceled. Once the feature is turned on, every change applied by OTTO – including technical SEO fixes such as schema markup and meta tags – continues to function on the site. DeepFreeze is available at no cost and does not depend on an active subscription to remain effective. Users also retain the ability to adjust or reverse any optimizations at any point in time.

“The work SEO agents do on a website should belong to that site and not to a billing cycle,” Bhan added.

For agencies, the feature ensures that client deliverables stay intact regardless of subscription status. For in-house marketing teams, it means that prior SEO work is not lost when budgets shift or subscriptions are modified.

WordPress Plugin 2.5.0 Improves Setup and Stability

Search Atlas has launched version 2.5.0 of its WordPress plugin, with a focus on cutting down the setup steps that previously led to integration errors. The updated plugin introduces single sign-on authentication, giving users the ability to connect their Search Atlas account in a single click. It automatically identifies and links the correct OTTO project to the connected domain, eliminating a manual process that once required API key entry and credential copy-pasting.

A connection status indicator confirms that the site and Search Atlas are properly synced before any deployment takes place. When WordPress debug mode is enabled, the plugin generates anonymous error logs that users can share with support teams for faster resolution. Agency users benefit from automatic white-label branding sync across the plugin, with no additional configuration required.

Native Integration Across 10+ Platforms

The platform has introduced a new CMS Connectors dashboard that provides authenticated, API-level integration between Search Atlas and more than 10 content management platforms, including Shopify, HubSpot, Wix, Contentful, GoHighLevel, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, and Salesforce.

The connectors create a secure link between each platform and Search Atlas, which improves content detection accuracy on CMS environments that limit access to public crawlers. Once a connection is established, Search Atlas’s AI content tool can publish articles, generate drafts, and populate SEO metadata fields directly within the CMS – without any manual copying or reformatting on the user’s end.

Each connector is managed through the CMS Connectors dashboard within Search Atlas account settings and can be added, removed, or reconfigured whenever needed.

Availability

OTTO DeepFreeze, WordPress Plugin 2.5.0, and CMS Connectors are all available now. Existing users can access DeepFreeze through OTTO project settings and install the updated WordPress plugin through the standard WordPress plugin update process.

“These updates are our commitment to that standard, giving marketing teams the confidence to fully embrace agentic execution at scale knowing their work is protected, their integrations are stable, and the results they build are permanent,” Bhan concluded.
